Frequently asked questions
How long does a grid connection take?
Typically 3–4 months for capacities up to 160 kW; 6+ months for larger ones depending on new lines or substations. Turnkey support is our core service.
What is the realistic payback of a BESS?
With a managed profile (night charging, peak discharge, peak shaving) typical C&I payback is 3–5 years. Run your scenario in the calculator on the BESS page.
How does switching electricity suppliers work?
Up to 30 days, with no supply interruption. We handle all communication with the previous supplier, the DSO and the metering administrator.
What warranty covers works and equipment?
Works — 24 months from commissioning. AlphaESS systems — 5 years on the system and 10 years on the battery from the manufacturer.
Do you work on live sites without stopping production?
Yes — staged works with switchovers in agreed technological windows. We hold permits for installations above 1,000 V.
What does the client get after a technical audit?
A report with thermograms, measurement protocols, defects ranked by criticality and a remediation budget. The laboratory is certified — results carry legal force.
