How does STORION-LC-TB150 differ from TB125?
In the power and capacity of a single cabinet: 150 kW (165 kVA max) against 125 kW, and 313.49 kWh against 261.2 — six battery modules in series instead of five, battery voltage 700–1,200 V. Liquid cooling covers both the battery and the PCS, which is why the rated noise is ≤ 60 dB. The cabinet is larger: 1,340 × 1,542 × 2,413 mm, up to 3.2 t. The rest of the platform is shared: STS up to 20 ms, up to 25 cabinets in parallel, Modbus TCP, IP55.
How does TB150 scale and what is the battery cycle life?
One cabinet holds 313.49 kWh; with the expansion module — 626.98 kWh per system; up to 25 cabinets in parallel on-grid, i.e. up to about 7.8 MWh. The datasheet rates the battery at 8,000 cycles or more at 0.5 P and 25 °C; according to AlphaESS, the Ultra version is rated up to 12,000 cycles, system RTE is 90% and DoD is 95% on-grid / 90% off-grid, battery packs are IP67 and a C5 anti-corrosion option is available; the enclosure is IP55 (datasheet).
