AlphaESS STORION-LC-H125
A hybrid on the TB125 platform: a 125 kW / 261.2 kWh liquid-cooled cabinet plus external PV DC/DC modules — solar panels up to 250 kWp charge the battery directly, with no separate PV inverter. The DC/DC and STS cabinets stack beside the system cabinet.

FAQ
How does STORION-LC-H125 differ from STORION-LC-TB125?
It is the same 125 kW / 261.2 kWh liquid-cooled cabinet, but with a PV input: external DC/DC modules with 16 MPPTs accept solar strings up to 700 V and up to 250 kWp — twice the PCS rating (200% oversizing). Solar charges the battery over the DC bus without a separate PV inverter or double conversion; the operating mode is selectable and the configuration is confirmed in the feasibility study. TB125 is purely AC-coupled: PV connects to it through its own inverter on the AC side.
Which sites choose LC-H125, and how does it scale?
Factories, warehouses and agribusinesses with roof space for a 150–250 kWp PV plant: the battery stores solar during the day, discharges into the evening DAM peak and tops up at the cheap night tariff; the STS cabinet keeps backup within 20 ms. The 261.2 kWh expansion module doubles capacity to 522.4 kWh per system; further scaling is by paralleling cabinets — the configuration is confirmed in the feasibility study.

$153/kWh excl. VAT for the equipment — $39,964 for the 261.2 kWh hybrid cabinet; the 261.2 kWh expansion module is $146/kWh, $38,135. The STS cabinet is $5,250 (300 kW), $7,300 (600 kW) or $15,645 (800 kW). PV DC/DC modules are sized to the PV plant and quoted in the proposal.
